📋 Description

• Spearhead the evolution of Pula’s People & Culture department

• Collaborate with senior leadership to roll out cultural initiatives

• Revamp the performance management framework

• Create an exceptional recruitment function

• Launch Pula Academy and Learning & Development programs

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of demonstrated leadership in People & Culture, HR, or Talent functions

• Background in dynamic, rapidly growing organizations

• Extensive experience in enterprise sales talent acquisition

• Capability to establish human capital systems from the ground up

• Expertise in technology and data-driven decision-making tools (e.g., Google Suite, CRM systems)
