β’ Spearhead the evolution of Pulaβs People & Culture department
β’ Collaborate with senior leadership to roll out cultural initiatives
β’ Revamp the performance management framework
β’ Create an exceptional recruitment function
β’ Launch Pula Academy and Learning & Development programs
β’ Over 12 years of demonstrated leadership in People & Culture, HR, or Talent functions
β’ Background in dynamic, rapidly growing organizations
β’ Extensive experience in enterprise sales talent acquisition
β’ Capability to establish human capital systems from the ground up
β’ Expertise in technology and data-driven decision-making tools (e.g., Google Suite, CRM systems)
β’ Creative internal culture initiatives
β’ Mechanisms for employee feedback to foster continuous improvement
β’ A culture of high-quality, timely feedback
