This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the People & Culture strategy and oversee the complete employee journey from recruitment to offboarding.

• Foster and maintain a performance-driven culture within a fully remote team.

• Innovate and streamline the function utilizing AI and process design.

• Manage the function using data related to engagement, retention, performance, and hiring.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team focused on people operations, recruitment, and learning & development.

• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on performance management and team structuring.

• Manage people budgeting and reporting in collaboration with the Finance team.


⛳️ Requirements

• Strategic leadership of the function combined with hands-on execution capabilities.

• Experience in building or enhancing a people function, rather than merely operating with modern tools.

• Proven track record of driving performance and culture within a remote or distributed team environment.

• Pragmatic and hands-on approach, capable of managing multiple priorities with a high degree of autonomy.

• Background in developing performance and compensation frameworks aimed at nurturing internal talent.

• Proficiency in English.
