• Direct the Talent Acquisition function, enhancing recruitment processes.

• Manage the employee lifecycle and ensure effective operational execution.

• Utilize data and technology to refine decision-making and optimize People processes.

• Over 7 years of experience in Human Resources or People Management.

• Prior experience in leading People or HR teams.

• Background in software companies or rapidly growing technology organizations.

• Strong grasp of Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Organizational Development.

• Experience collaborating with distributed and international teams.

• Robust business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
