📋 Description

• Design and implement a comprehensive People strategy.

• Lead Talent Acquisition, Performance, Culture, and Employee Experience initiatives.

• Support leaders in developing their teams.

• Drive People Analytics for informed decision-making.

• Integrate AI tools and automation into Human Resources processes.

• Over 7 years of experience in People, with at least 3 years in leadership roles.

• Background in technology companies, startups, or scaleups.

• Experience working with internationally distributed teams.

• Strategic vision, data orientation, and execution capability.

• Interest in innovation and the application of AI in HR.
