Head of Payments Consulting – Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Internal Payments Consulting – enhance and streamline payment operations across various businesses;

• Payment Infrastructure Performance – improve efficiency and scalability;

• Risk Guidance & Management – proactively address financial risks;

• Business Development: conduct market analysis of payment providers, identify opportunities to expand and diversify the portfolio of payment methods, and negotiate with payment providers & international banks;

• Regulatory Monitoring – keep abreast of industry developments;

• Strategic Partnerships – negotiate and cultivate robust relationships;

• Knowledge Sharing – contribute to a collaborative, expert-driven atmosphere;

• Ad-Hoc Requests – address unique challenges presented by the Group.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in payment solutions, PSP operations, or fintech.

• 2+ years of experience in a managerial position;

• Familiarity with payment infrastructure, risk management, and compliance regulations (PSD2, AML, PCI DSS).

• Experience in organizations with a subscription-based business model.

• Demonstrated ability to structure complex business challenges, conduct market and competitor analysis, and drive data-driven decision-making.

• Strong expertise in financial modeling, business case development, and performance analytics.

• Capability to build and optimize business processes, enhancing operational efficiency and scalability.

• Experience in leading cross-functional projects, collaborating with stakeholders at various levels.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.

• Advanced communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and drive business decisions.

• Nice to have: Experience in management consulting (Big-3, Big-4, or other top-tier firms).

• Background in high-growth tech companies or venture-backed startups.
