• Establish and oversee the Partner Growth function from the ground up, encompassing strategy, processes, team structure, and operational workflows.
• Create scalable growth strategies for partners, creators, and agencies across global markets.
• Take ownership of partner performance metrics while identifying new avenues to enhance engagement, retention, and monetization.
• Develop lead generation pipelines and expand acquisition channels.
• Initiate and refine outbound partnership initiatives and creator acquisition strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Analytics, Marketing, and Operations teams to implement growth initiatives and enhance partner experiences.
• Analyze extensive performance data to reveal growth drivers and optimization possibilities.
• Foster a culture of experimentation through A/B testing and data-informed growth decisions.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing Partner Growth team.
• Influence the product roadmap by integrating partner and market insights into product development discussions.
• Proficient in English at a B1+ level.
• Over 3 years of experience in Growth, Partnerships, or Business Development roles.
• Demonstrated success in constructing lead generation pipelines and scaling acquisition channels.
• Familiarity with influencer and creator marketing.
• Experience in partnerships and outbound acquisition strategies.
• Strategic understanding of performance and paid acquisition channels.
• Strong grasp of funnels, CAC, ROI, and essential growth metrics.
• Proven experience in running experiments and optimizing acquisition channels based on performance insights.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work confidently with dashboards, funnel analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Capacity to work quickly, prioritize independently, and take ownership in a rapidly growing environment.
• **Preferred qualifications**
• Proficient in Spanish at a B2+ level.
• Experience in the creator economy, live streaming, social networking, or entertainment products.
• Background in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales.
• Experience working with international markets and cross-functional product teams.
