This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Guide and enhance the skills of our junior team members.
• Develop processes, documentation, and workflows that encompass campaign best practices, strategic development, and performance enhancement.
• Guarantee a high standard of campaign execution by each SEM Specialist.
• Supervise the creation, implementation, and optimization of paid marketing campaigns across various platforms.
• Work closely with vertical leads to gain a comprehensive understanding of their categories, targets, and priorities.
• Address challenges or concerns that may arise from senior team members, vertical leads, and junior staff.
• Keep senior management and vertical leads informed about key opportunities, potential risks, and other crucial factors that impact the growth of their business vertical.
• Establish and nurture relationships with buy-side partners to ensure that paid marketing accounts remain healthy and utilize the best products and strategies available.
• Oversee your team’s staffing, allocation, and overall capacity.
• Assign responsibilities to ensure the achievement of performance goals and team objectives.
• Inspire the team to reach targeted performance KPIs.
• Promote a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Leverage data-driven analyses of paid marketing performance along with strategic recommendations for ongoing improvement.
• Identify trends and insights across paid marketing campaigns to uncover areas for growth or enhancement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tracking, data, and reporting meet the necessary requirements to enable your team to optimize and scale paid marketing efforts.
• A minimum of 12 years of proven experience in SEM, specifically with Google and Microsoft ads.
• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership capacity.
• Experience with website analysis using various analytics tools, including Google Analytics and internal reporting tools.
• Proficient in managing large-scale SEM accounts across a variety of business verticals.
• Capability to develop testing structures and compile deliverables based on performance for the team and management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience in executing paid social, native, or display campaigns is a plus.
• A day off on the 3rd Friday of each month (resulting in one long weekend every month).
