This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take charge of the strategy, execution, and daily optimization for Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of Meta, TikTok, and Connected TV to steer full-funnel strategy and influence team decisions.
• Act as the main point of contact for 2 to 3 client accounts, managing strategy discussions, performance assessments, and daily communications.
• Review and quality assure campaign builds from other buyers prior to launch and offer constructive feedback.
• Oversee budget pacing, structured testing, and bidding strategies across accounts, including those with monthly budgets exceeding $100K.
• Evaluate performance based on audience, keyword, placement, and funnel stage to inform roadmaps and recommendations.
• Identify risks, diagnose underperformance, and implement solutions with clear hypotheses and anticipated impacts.
• Develop a reporting schedule, create performance narratives, and prepare presentations for clients.
• Collaborate with creative teams to brief assets that align with funnel requirements and testing strategies.
• Work in partnership with analytics and technical teams on tracking, UTM hygiene, GA4, GTM, and attribution.
• Mentor media buyers and contribute to the development of shared processes, templates, and documentation.
• A minimum of five years of hands-on experience with Google Ads in an agency or high-growth setting.
• Proficiency in Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube.
• Demonstrated management of Google budgets exceeding $100K per month with notable improvements in ROAS and CPA.
• Extensive working knowledge of Meta, TikTok, and Connected TV.
• Experience in managing client relationships and leading strategy discussions or performance reviews autonomously.
• Proficient in GA4, Looker Studio, and attribution principles.
• Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail, particularly in quality assurance and tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with native or bilingual proficiency.
• Capability to independently lead client strategy calls without translation assistance.
