This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of and implement the comprehensive Meta paid acquisition strategy, which includes campaign setup, optimization, and aggressive scaling.
• Spearhead creative strategy by crafting briefs, offering direct-response feedback to design teams, and evaluating the effectiveness of hooks, angles, and messaging.
• Daily oversight of ad account performance, making budget adjustments and restructuring campaigns to optimize efficiency.
• Establish and enhance repeatable systems for creative testing, performance analytics, and conversion funnel optimization.
• Create high-converting landing pages, advertorials, and PDPs that are perfectly aligned with ongoing ad campaigns.
• Monitor and report on essential metrics such as CAC, CPA, ROAS, MER, and CVR, delivering actionable insights to leadership.
• Conduct competitive analysis and lead client strategy calls to ensure sustained brand growth and stability.
• Collaborate with video editing and design teams to amplify testing speed and identify successful creative assets.
• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on Meta Ads Manager.
• Proven history of managing and scaling high-spend accounts in the e-commerce or DTC sectors.
• Expertise in direct-response metrics (CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV) and proficiency with attribution tools such as Triple Whale, Northbeam, or Hyros.
• Strong background in creative strategy and the capability to craft persuasive, high-converting ad copy.
• An AI-savvy mindset, capable of utilizing emerging tools for creative and operational effectiveness.
• Strong analytical abilities with a proactive approach to decision-making and solving complex funnel challenges.
• Self-driven and ambitious, thriving in a setting where compensation is linked to performance and achievement of KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills, able to lead client audits and internal strategy discussions.
• Availability during core business hours (up to 4 PM EST).

• Meta Blueprint Certification.
• Experience working in an agency or a multi-brand environment managing diverse portfolios.
• Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and advanced landing page strategies.
• Previous experience in mentoring or leading a team of media buyers.
• Background in sourcing and managing UGC creators.
