This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the global delivery of Oracle Support and Application Managed Services across various customers and intricate Oracle settings.
• Serve as a reliable senior partner to clients, ensuring outstanding service experiences.
• Motivate, develop, and nurture high-performing Oracle teams on a global scale.
• Recognize and implement enhancements to processes, tools, reporting, and operational methods.
• Assist with renewals, upselling, service expansion, and opportunities for new clients.
• Provide expertise in Oracle for bids, RFPs, presentations, workshops, and customer discovery sessions.
• Design onboarding processes, transitions, service models, and delivery strategies for new clients.
• Guide new clients from initial onboarding through to organized support and AMS delivery.
• Manage project plans, transition strategies, resources, timelines, milestones, and delivery operations.
• Coordinate global, distributed, and cross-functional teams to achieve customer objectives.
• Handle escalations, critical incidents, and challenging customer scenarios.
• Contribute to strategic planning, service transformation, customer success, and business expansion.
• Strong experience with Oracle EBS and a comprehensive understanding of Oracle applications and business processes, particularly in Financials, Supply Chain, HR, and Payroll.
• Extensive background in leading Oracle Support and/or Application Managed Services (AMS) teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management and service delivery.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities, projects, and customer commitments from initiation to successful completion.
• Strong experience in people management and leadership, including developing, mentoring, and building high-performing Oracle teams.
• Proven track record in managing enterprise customers and complex service delivery environments.
• Experience in leading customer onboarding and transition projects.
• Capability to develop and manage project plans, transition strategies, resource requirements, timelines, milestones, and delivery activities.
• Experience managing global or distributed teams and coordinating cross-functional resources.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience in supporting bids, proposals, RFPs, and pre-sales activities.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL and service management principles.
• Ability to handle escalations, critical incidents, and challenging customer situations.
• Proactive and commercially aware mindset.
• Must currently reside in the UK and possess the right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
