Head of Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Supervise the operational framework of our fund administration business, ensuring the smooth delivery of services to our expanding portfolio of VC firms.

• Design and execute operational strategies that harmonize efficiency, quality, and scalability while providing an exceptional experience for our clients.

• Work in conjunction with product teams to synchronize roadmap priorities with customer insights and launch initiatives (e.g., feature introductions, UX improvements, onboarding processes) that significantly enhance customer experience and retention.

• Build and guide a high-performing team of fund operations and customer success professionals across various time zones.

• Establish and manage benchmarks and reporting systems to promote ongoing operational enhancement and exceptional customer service.

• Collaborate with the executive team to align operational capabilities with the company's growth objectives.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions for our fund administration clients.

• Propel automation and process optimization to boost capacity while sustaining our 90+ NPS.

• Cultivate relationships with key service providers and strategic partners that can benefit the portfolio.

• Implement risk management protocols and best practices throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in operations management, including at least 5 years in leadership roles within financial services or fund administration.

• Stay ahead of trends in AI for support, automation, and customer intelligence tools.

• Demonstrated success in scaling fund operations in a high-growth environment.

• Strong comprehension of venture capital fund structures, regulatory obligations, and industry best practices.

• Proven experience in building and leading remote teams across diverse geographical locations.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to excel in ambiguous situations and provide clarity amidst complexity.

• Strong project management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
