Head of Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Direct the operational delivery and execution of programs to transform strategic objectives into tangible results.

• Supervise financial performance, oversee operational budgets, and uphold financial guidelines.

• Lead, mentor, and manage personnel while providing performance oversight.

• Propel the implementation and adoption of internal systems, CRM tools, automation, and AI technologies.

• Manage intricate relationships with internal and external stakeholders and synchronize priorities throughout the organization.

• Maintain operational stability and exercise calm decision-making under high-pressure situations.

• Assume full responsibility for delivery outcomes.

• Supervise continuous delivery, program execution, and events.

• Integrate seamless operational processes.

• Work 30 hours per week, primarily during UK morning hours.

• Demonstrated experience in a senior leadership role within operations.

• Proven capability to lead in complex operational settings.

• Strong understanding of commercial and financial principles.

• Experience in budget management and operating within financial constraints.

• Confident in stakeholder management, including upward and downward management.

• Established people management experience with performance oversight.

• Excellent organizational abilities and outstanding execution skills.

• Composed, decisive, and willing to take complete ownership of tasks.

• Experience in overseeing delivery, events, or program execution.

• Background in implementing or supervising systems, CRM, automation, or AI integration.

• Practical experience with CRM implementation.

• Familiarity with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar configurations and rollouts, not just usage.

• Ability to connect systems using tools like Zapier, Make, or equivalent solutions.
