This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Take ownership of Operational Health across various Production Streams.
• Ensure complete visibility regarding utilization, profitability, delivery timelines, and process adherence across multiple teams and regions.
• Recognize early risk indicators related to capacity, margin, or client satisfaction before they escalate into larger issues.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for operational disruptions affecting revenue or delivery assurance.
• Intervene decisively to stabilize operations and restore performance levels.
• Lead Planning, Forecasting & Capacity Control initiatives.
• Develop and continuously enhance forecasting models to predict resource limitations and delivery bottlenecks.
• Align production, finance, and sales teams around realistic planning assumptions.
• Convert pipeline signals into actionable capacity strategies.
• Establish reliable operational rhythms that minimize reactive problem-solving.
• Manage KPI Systems & Performance Accountability.
• Define, monitor, and evolve operational KPIs, including utilization, contribution margin, throughput, and compliance.
• Identify negative trends in KPIs and implement structural solutions rather than temporary fixes.
• Foster performance accountability with Delivery Managers and Project Managers by setting clear expectations, decision rights, and measurable targets, while creating an environment that allows them to concentrate on high-impact tasks.
• Introduce reporting enhancements that boost visibility and speed up decision-making.
• Enhance Systems, Tools & Operational Frameworks.
• Lead the implementation of new tools, automation layers, or process upgrades that promote scalability.
• Streamline fragmented workflows across different regions.
• Standardize operational best practices across various production streams.
• Represent operations in strategic internal discussions and critical client situations.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, delivery leadership, or production management within complex, multi-team environments.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar Operations Manager role or in a cross-team performance ownership capacity.
• Demonstrated ownership of forecasting, planning, and KPI frameworks linked to revenue and profit margins.
• Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales, finance, and production stakeholders.
• Experience in leading Delivery Managers or comparable roles, including oversight of performance calibration and escalation processes.
