Head of Marketplaces

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and lead the marketplace strategy specifically for Amazon.

• Increase marketplace revenue through strategic optimization of listings, pricing strategies, and effective advertising.

• Manage FBA shipment planning, forecasting, and stock coordination.

• Ensure that all product listings are precise, fully optimized, and comply with Amazon SEO best practices.

• Collaborate with logistics and manufacturing teams to guarantee timely dispatches.

• Direct and oversee Amazon PPC strategies and their performance.

• Maintain exceptional account health and proactively address compliance issues.

• Develop new marketplace channels to expand our reach.

• Identify avenues to enhance revenue, improve listings, and optimize operational processes.

• Significant experience in managing and leading strategies for Amazon and other marketplaces.

• Strong understanding of marketplace operations, including listings, content, campaigns, and compliance.

• An analytical mindset with the capacity to convert data into actionable insights.

• Proven experience managing agencies and partners with defined KPI accountability.

• Proactive, solution-oriented, and confident in making decisions under pressure.

• Experience overseeing Amazon operations at a senior level while mentoring junior specialists.

• Familiarity with logistics, manufacturing scheduling, and stock planning.
