Head of Marketplaces

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and direct the marketplace strategy for Amazon.

• Increase marketplace revenue through strategic optimization of listings, pricing strategies, and effective advertising campaigns.

• Manage FBA shipment logistics, forecasting, and stock coordination.

• Ensure that all product listings are precise, fully optimized, and adhere to Amazon's SEO best practices.

• Collaborate with logistics and manufacturing to guarantee timely dispatch of products.

• Supervise the direction and performance of Amazon PPC initiatives.

• Maintain excellent account health to avoid compliance issues.

• Explore and develop new marketplace channels to enhance our outreach.

• Identify ways to boost revenue, enhance listings, and streamline operations.

• Extensive experience in managing and leading strategies for Amazon and other marketplaces.

• Strong grasp of marketplace operations, including listings, content creation, campaigns, and compliance.

• Analytical mindset with the capability to convert data into actionable insights.

• Proven experience in managing agencies and partners with defined KPI accountability.

• Proactive, solution-driven, and confident in making decisions under pressure.

• Senior-level experience managing Amazon and mentoring junior specialists.

• Familiarity with logistics, manufacturing scheduling, and stock planning.
