This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take charge of the product marketing strategy for a specific B2C product, including segmentation, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market activities.
• Coordinate and lead a cross-functional team (UA, CRM, creative, analytics, landing pages, product) to support growth initiatives.
• Enhance the performance throughout the entire funnel: acquisition → onboarding → activation → retention → monetization (with a focus on LTV).
• Conduct market and competitor analysis, transforming insights into actionable growth hypotheses and experiments.
• Monitor impact through KPIs and business metrics (EI / Revenue), ensuring tangible results.
• 5-7+ years of experience in Senior Product Marketing / Growth / Marketing Lead roles within B2C digital products.
• Demonstrated success in influencing business metrics (revenue, conversion, retention, LTV).
• Strong knowledge of segmentation, positioning, and messaging frameworks.
• Comprehensive understanding of performance marketing principles (Google/Meta/TikTok) and funnel optimization (A/B testing, CRO).
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills within a cross-functional/matrix environment.
