This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Shape the future of PropTech marketing at syte!
• You will create a clear 12–24 month strategy and continuously validate it against reality.
• In close collaboration with the sales team, you will define and refine our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• You will take responsibility for the entire marketing-sourced pipeline – from the initial contact (MQL) to the seamless SQL handoff to the sales team.
• You will enhance lead generation through an optimized mix of performance, content, events, and inbound marketing.
• You will develop our messaging and branding to strengthen positioning.
• You will lead and scale a high-performing marketing team while establishing clear KPIs and attribution models.
• Professional experience in B2B SaaS: You bring 5–7 years of experience, with at least 2 years in B2B SaaS marketing.
• Ideally, you have successfully guided a startup through various growth stages (Series A/B).
• Leadership strength: You have demonstrable experience of at least 2 years in leading teams, actively shaping, scaling, and developing them.
• You lead by example and make personnel decisions confidently and in the best interest of the company.
• AI-native workflow: AI is an integral part of your work.
• You utilize LLMs, AI analytics, and automation to significantly scale your output as well as that of your team.
• You have a passion for performance, growth, and demand generation.
• Data and sales affinity: HubSpot, attribution models, and funnel analytics are your daily tools.
• You speak the language of the sales team and know exactly what constitutes an SQL.
• Ideally, you have gained sales experience yourself.
• Language skills: You communicate fluently and confidently in both German and English at the executive level.
