📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire growth funnel, overseeing acquisition, retention, and expansion, with a strong focus on revenue and unit economics accountability.

• Create and implement a comprehensive growth strategy that spans paid media, lifecycle management, product marketing, and branding.

• Develop and refine a varied paid acquisition strategy that includes Meta, Google, affiliates, and new emerging channels.

• Enhance Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), payback periods, and contribution margins through systematic experimentation.

• Design and execute A/B tests targeting creative elements, audience segments, landing pages, and funnel processes.

• Direct onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention initiatives to boost subscription conversion rates and lifetime value.

• Construct lifecycle journeys that leverage email, SMS, in-product messaging, and personalized content to minimize churn.

• Define and continuously improve the core value proposition and messaging strategy for the subscription offerings.

• Ensure consistency between acquisition messaging, product experience, and lifecycle communications.

• Propel our brand towards becoming a recognized authority in personalized genomics while achieving performance objectives.

• Foster a data-driven culture focused on experimentation, complete with clear testing roadmaps and impact-driven prioritization.

• Establish scalable growth processes and infrastructure that facilitate rapid testing and learning.

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team across paid channels, lifecycle management, product marketing, and creative strategies, working both strategically and hands-on.


⛳️ Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in growth or marketing leadership, preferably within digital health, biotech, or other regulated, high-trust sectors.

• Demonstrated success in scaling Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) subscription or recurring revenue models at a rate exceeding 100% annual growth, while effectively managing CAC, LTV, and contribution margins.

• Extensive experience managing multi-million-dollar paid acquisition campaigns with a clear understanding of unit economics.

• Strong expertise in lifecycle and subscription optimization, focusing on onboarding, retention strategies, and reducing churn.

• Proven experience in evolving brand positioning while enhancing performance channels in competitive markets.

• Practical knowledge of designing and executing structured experiments and A/B testing throughout the marketing funnel.

• A track record of building and leading cross-functional marketing teams across growth, lifecycle, product marketing, and creative disciplines.

• Experience in implementing marketing systems and processes within a rapidly growing startup environment.
