This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Join Coverflex as the inaugural marketing hire in Germany, spearheading the local Growth and Marketing initiatives.
• Enhance Coverflex's visibility, credibility, and trust within the German market.
• Analyze the competitive landscape in Germany and establish the initial go-to-market strategy.
• Initiate local demand generation campaigns and work closely with Sales and BDR teams.
• Assess success through the generation of MQLs and contributions to the sales pipeline.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS Marketing within a high-growth organization.
• Demonstrated success in creating a Growth strategy from the ground up, particularly for the German market.
• Expertise in full-funnel demand generation.
• In-depth knowledge of the German business environment, buyer personas, and cultural subtleties.
• Proficient in data analysis: capable of monitoring conversion rates and making budgetary choices based on ROI and CAC.
• Bilingual in German and English.
