This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Ensure social media content accurately represents real production capabilities and upcoming milestones.
• Take ownership of the connection between production updates and public communications, ensuring nothing is overlooked.
• Directly coordinate with clients regarding material approvals and intellectual property permissions.
• Maintain a zero-tolerance policy on publishing any content that hasn't been adequately cleared.
• Keep the sales team updated and ensure marketing actively promotes visibility into production capacity.
• Design and implement AI-driven workflows using tools like n8n, Make, or similar platforms.
• Automate the repurposing of content across podcasts, social media, email, and blogs.
• Create dashboards that provide leadership with real-time visibility, eliminating the need for manual reporting.
• Automate the handoff process from production to marketing and track client approvals systematically.
• Proactively identify and eliminate manual processes within the marketing function.
• Establish clear priorities, maintain tight delivery schedules, and hold the team accountable.
• Deliver weekly reports to the founder that are concise, clear, and data-driven.
• Oversee contractors, agencies, and external vendors effectively.
• Manage the website, brand assets, presentations, client materials, and merchandise.
• Coordinate community management efforts in partnership with community leads.
• Facilitate onboarding for new team members and contractors.
• Uphold editorial quality and ensure brand consistency.
• Supervise the guest pipeline and production schedule.
• Ensure podcast content is effectively promoted across additional channels.
• Maintain the tone and positioning that makes Speakeasy a compelling listen.
• Adapt brand positioning in alignment with business growth.
• Uphold quality standards across all external-facing interactions.
• Support conference participation, merchandise, and partnership materials.
• Provide strategic insights on how marketing can drive significant business impact.
• 10+ years of experience in marketing, including substantial leadership experience.
• Proven experience working closely with founders or senior leadership as a genuine business partner.
• Strong brand intuition; you understand what aligns with the brand and why it is significant.
• Highly organized and focused on delivery, while avoiding bureaucratic hurdles.
• Comfortable communicating directly with team members, clients, and leadership.
• Extensive hands-on experience with AI and automation tools, with n8n being preferred.
• Solid understanding of analytics, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Experience managing paid advertising channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) and basic SEO knowledge.
• Proven track record in overseeing external contractors and agencies.

• Background in Game Development, art production, or the broader creative sector.
• Experience with B2B marketplaces or talent platforms.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, GetResponse, or similar tools.
