This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Drive demand and enhance conversion rates. Take ownership of performance across paid, organic, partnerships, and referral channels while achieving acquisition and CAC targets and expanding the funnel.

• Lead the brand strategy and its execution. Define Yardzen's presence across all customer touchpoints and ensure the consistency of that voice as we grow.

• Articulate the integrated design-and-build narrative. Assist customers in understanding Yardzen's evolution and its significance for them.

• Collaborate closely with product and operations teams to ensure alignment of the customer journey from start to finish.

• Manage the key metrics. Focus on CAC, LTV, conversion rates at each stage, brand awareness, and revenue.

• Apply rigor in budget allocation and channel strategy. Make data-driven trade-offs and effectively communicate the narrative to the leadership team and board.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of consumer marketing experience, including substantial time in a senior leadership role (Director or VP). B2B experience is advantageous.

• A true full-funnel marketer. You have successfully built brands and improved performance metrics. Unlike most marketers who excel in one area, we seek someone proficient in both.

• Direct experience with a DTC or consumer services company at a significant scale, ideally generating between $25M and $200M in revenue.

• Proven track record of growth in a competitive consumer sector. Experience in home, design, real estate, or other considered purchases is a plus.

• Strong intuition for brand and design. As a design-led company, our marketing leader must uphold our aesthetic standards.

• Strategic yet hands-on. You are capable of developing plans and drafting briefs.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading through periods of change.

• Preference for candidates located in the Bay Area.
