This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia, +1 more state.
• Take ownership of Ventrata's worldwide marketing strategy, positioning, brand, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with commercial growth objectives.
• Develop and expand a demand generation engine that drives qualified pipeline, customer acquisition, and measurable revenue growth.
• Direct cross-functional go-to-market initiatives for new products, partnerships, market expansion, and strategic launches.
• Establish Product Marketing and Customer Marketing capabilities, encompassing positioning, product communications, sales enablement, customer advocacy, and customer-facing content.
• Enhance market positioning through competitive intelligence, customer insights, thought leadership, and consistent messaging.
• Lead and nurture the marketing team, defining priorities, KPIs, and fostering a culture of ownership, experimentation, continuous improvement, and AI integration.
• Manage marketing operations, including HubSpot, reporting, attribution, budget oversight, agencies, suppliers, and the marketing technology stack.
• Utilize KPIs, attribution, data, and experimentation to enhance marketing performance and commercial impact.
• Demonstrated experience leading a B2B SaaS marketing team, preferably in enterprise software with high-value, complex sales cycles.
• Proven success in developing and executing demand generation and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Practical knowledge in digital marketing, content creation, branding, and inbound marketing (SEO/GEO).
• Experience collaborating with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to achieve commercial objectives.
• Strong commercial acumen focused on quantifiable business impact.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and content development skills.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or a similar CRM and marketing automation platform.
• Experience in marketing performance analytics.
• Capacity to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution, including product positioning and technical writing.
• Proven leadership skills in coaching and team development.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a keen interest in AI and marketing automation.
• C1 level English proficiency is essential.
• Background in travel technology is advantageous.
• Proficiency in additional European languages—French, Spanish, German, Italian, or Portuguese—is a plus.
