This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Construct and organize the complete marketing framework with a strong emphasis on scalable performance systems.
• Create and oversee a comprehensive marketing strategy across all pertinent channels (Meta, TikTok, Google).
• Assemble and direct a performance team (such as UGC, Creative Strategy, Design) while enhancing current structures.
• Establish clear KPIs, manage budgets across all channels, and cultivate an integrated brandformance strategy.
• Formulate and execute internationalization strategies (DACH, USA) in close partnership with E‑commerce, Brand, and external collaborators.
• Multiple years of experience in performance or growth marketing within a scaling D2C environment, preferably in fashion or streetwear.
• Proven history of scaling paid channels while focusing on profitable growth.
• Experience in building teams and structures during periods of rapid growth.
• Strong grasp of full-funnel marketing and the fusion of brand and performance.
• A hands-on approach paired with strategic thinking and a keen awareness of target audiences, trends, and culture.
