This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.
• Create and execute a cohesive marketing strategy for all Revpanda Group companies, addressing both B2B and B2C markets.
• Manage brand positioning, customer acquisition, retention, and performance marketing through various channels.
• Optimize marketing expenditures and ensure decisions are informed by data to enhance ROI.
• Implement SEO, PPC, email marketing, CRM, and digital PR initiatives to promote sustainable growth.
• Develop lead generation and marketing automation strategies to assist sales teams.
• Build, mentor, and lead a diverse marketing team across various disciplines, including social media, content, paid media, events, and partnerships.
• Encourage collaboration between marketing, sales, and business development teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals.
• Supervise the execution of sponsorships, expos, and strategic partnerships to boost market visibility.
• Enhance the global brand presence of Revpanda Group.
• Identify and capitalize on new partnership and sponsorship opportunities to increase market influence.
• Represent the organization at industry events, expos, and networking functions to facilitate business expansion.
• At least 5 years of experience in senior marketing leadership positions (Head of Marketing, VP of Marketing, CMO, or similar roles).
• Strong knowledge in iGaming, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing.
• Comprehensive understanding of B2B and B2C marketing strategies within digital sectors.
• Demonstrated success in performance marketing, analytics, and optimizing ROI.
• Experience in managing SEO, PPC, CRM, content marketing, social media, and digital PR campaigns.
• Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing remote and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in sales and lead generation strategies to bolster business development initiatives.
• Capability to blend creativity with business insight to promote both brand and revenue growth.
• Practical experience with paid social media, sponsorships, partnerships, and expos is a plus.
