This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Campaign Execution (UK & US)
• Oversee the complete execution of the marketing campaign calendar in both regions: ABM, paid, organic, email, content, and events.
• Act as the in-house counterpart managing our external campaign agency: provide briefs, review work, offer constructive feedback, ensure quality, and maintain timelines.
• Take ownership of daily campaign performance - assess what is effective, what should be discontinued, and where to invest further resources - and provide weekly reports to the executive team.
• Content & Asset Production
• Create and deliver high-quality marketing assets efficiently: web copy, landing pages, case studies, white papers, sales collateral, social media content, and email sequences.
• Utilize AI tools (such as Claude and others) as essential production resources - guiding, editing, and ensuring the quality of AI-generated content meets a standard that feels authored rather than machine-generated.
• Convert clinical outcomes, customer testimonials, and product capabilities into compelling commercial proof points.
• ABM & Demand Execution
• Implement account-based strategies targeting named US health systems, NHS trusts, and university nursing programs on both sides of the Atlantic, utilizing the established ICP and persona definitions.
• Manage the daily operations of the marketing tech stack (HubSpot core; ABM and intent tools as we scale).
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, and Success teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with pipeline needs.
• Events
• Lead the execution of our key events in the US and UK.
• Oversee all aspects from pre-event ABM, on-site engagement, to post-event follow-up.
• Focus on measuring pipeline contribution rather than booth traffic.
• Customer Marketing
• Leverage reference customers for commercial advantage through case studies, reference calls, co-branded content, and advocacy efforts.
• Operating Rhythm
• Establish and manage the marketing operating rhythm: conduct weekly campaign reviews, monthly performance reporting, and quarterly planning aligned with pipeline targets set by the CEO and Sales.
• Oversee the daily management of the marketing budget and hold agencies and vendors accountable.
• 5-8 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a solid background in campaign execution within a SaaS or healthtech setting focused on enterprise sales.
• Proven track record of delivering campaigns and content that resulted in measurable pipeline growth, maintaining a quality standard that requires no further editing.
• Truly AI-native: you utilize Claude (or similar) as a daily work tool, have insights on prompting and direction, and your output reflects discernment and taste, not just template usage.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills. You can produce high-quality executive-level copy independently; you do not outsource writing but take ownership of it.
• Strong instincts in project and agency management: capable of effectively leading an external campaign partner without being dominated by them.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments. You prefer to deliver something good by Friday rather than perfect work in three weeks.
• Familiarity with a modern B2B marketing stack: HubSpot, LinkedIn paid advertising, intent and ABM tools, and basic analytics.
• Bonus Points: Experience marketing in healthcare, clinical education, workforce, nursing, or related fields.
• Familiarity with both UK and US B2B markets, or a strong understanding of their differences.
• Proven history of functioning as a senior individual contributor and small-team leader rather than a full-time people manager, and thriving in that role.
• Experience working within a defined Go-To-Market strategy rather than developing one from scratch.
• 38 days of annual leave (including public holidays)
• Private Medical Insurance
• Flexible work environment - remote-first with options to work from home
• Pension: 3% company contribution and 5% individual contribution
• £500 one-time office setup allowance
• High-performance work laptop and VR headset
• Enhanced maternity, paternity, and adoption leave
• The satisfaction of knowing you are making a real impact!
