This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take charge of the entire demand generation engine for the Shopify ecosystem, including paid, organic, affiliate marketing, partnerships, and cold outreach.
• Achieve a tenfold increase in our customer base (currently in the hundreds, with a target of thousands within the next 12 months thanks to your efforts!)
• Allocate a marketing budget exceeding $1M annually across channels that drive actual conversions.
• Manage paid acquisition strategies on LinkedIn and Meta; proficient in determining when to expand and when to scale back.
• Develop and oversee our affiliate program and content production (including agencies, consultants, and technology partners).
• Supervise our outbound and cold email initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the Founders on channel strategies, messaging, and market positioning.
• Recruit and expand the marketing team as we reach key milestones.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, growth, demand generation, or performance marketing.
• Proven experience in scaling a company, preferably within e-commerce tools, the Shopify ecosystem, or marketing technology.
• Strong understanding of paid acquisition principles (Meta, LinkedIn, retargeting, lookalike audiences).
• Demonstrated experience in establishing affiliate or partnership programs from the ground up.
• Comfortable with cold outreach, understanding the difference between indiscriminate targeting and precise targeting.
• Proficient in HubSpot (or a similar CRM) for managing pipelines and automation.
• Familiar with metrics such as CAC, LTV, payback period, and channel contribution.
• Bonus points if you have experience with Klaviyo, Shopify applications, or retention marketing tools.
