This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the marketing strategy and execution across two product lines, managing every phase of the funnel, from positioning and demand generation to product marketing and sales enablement.
• Lead the marketing team and act as the executive spokesperson for how OfficeRnD communicates its narrative.
• Become a member of the Senior Leadership team, report directly to the CEO, and collaborate with Product, Sales, RevOps, and Customer Experience.
• Establish the brand and go-to-market strategy for OfficeRnD Flex and OfficeRnD Workplace.
• Own the brand narrative and positioning within key markets.
• Manage demand generation and pipeline in alignment with revenue objectives for Flex and Workplace, including monthly volume targets and spending triggers.
• Spearhead the launch strategy and market preparation for new capabilities.
• Create AI-driven marketing workflows and prompts; develop shared knowledge bases, style guides, templates, standards, and quality control measures.
• Ensure visibility in search and AI responses, covering comparison and total-cost pages, structured data, crawlability, PR, review-site presence, and LLM referral tracking.
• Consolidate or archive overlapping content and resolve competing URLs.
• Build, mentor, and scale a cross-functional marketing team.
• Align Product and Engineering, Sales, RevOps, and Customer Experience to ensure cohesive movement of marketing, product, and revenue initiatives.
• Track pipeline generation, ARR growth, and ROAS through a monthly performance scorecard.
• Travel internationally 2–4 times annually.
• Experience leading marketing efforts at a B2B SaaS company with approximately $10M–$30M in ARR.
• Proven ability to personally create agentic workflows in a live marketing environment and articulate their impact.
• Background in developing brand and demand initiatives across various global regions.
• Strong instincts for brand storytelling paired with a rigorous approach to demand generation.
• Excellent writing skills and editorial judgment.
• Proficient in data analysis and attribution.
• Experience in managing and leading distributed teams across different time zones.
• Capable of representing marketing at the leadership level and translating strategy into actionable plans.
• Willingness to travel internationally 2–4 times per year.
• Must reside in the US Eastern or Central time zone.
• Familiarity with the Coworking / Flex industry is a plus.
• Experience in B2B Vertical SaaS is a plus.
