This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies that foster pipeline growth for RPO services, Personegy, and Talentegy.
• Establish ICP segmentation, messaging frameworks, and positioning for each product line.
• Create campaign plans aligned with revenue objectives and measurable contributions to the pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with Sales leadership to synchronize buyer personas, competitive insights, and sales enablement requirements.
• Manage and enhance all demand generation channels, including paid digital, SEO/SEM, email nurturing, retargeting, and content syndication.
• Build and oversee a high-performing marketing funnel from top-of-funnel awareness to MQL conversion.
• Design and execute webinar and virtual event programs that drive pipeline growth and establish thought leadership.
• Oversee and continuously refine the marketing technology stack and CRM integration (HubSpot or an equivalent platform).
• Lead the content strategy and production across various formats: long-form, short-form, case studies, white papers, emails, and social media.
• Manage the LinkedIn presence and social strategy for both company and executive brands, particularly focused on targeting TA and HR audiences.
• Generate engaging, buyer-focused content that demonstrates a deep understanding of recruiting technology, RPO, and HR transformation.
• Maintain a consistent editorial calendar that aligns with campaign and pipeline priorities.
• Shape and uphold the NXTThing RPO brand narrative and visual identity across all channels and assets.
• Position NXTThing as a credible and distinct player within the RPO and HRTech sectors.
• Support the executive and sales teams in their presence at industry conferences, panels, and partner events.
• Establish a PR and analyst relations function suitable for a growth-stage company.
• Define, monitor, and report on marketing KPIs linked to pipeline, MQLs, CAC, and revenue contributions.
• Hold external agencies, contractors, and internal team members accountable for outcomes and timelines.
• Embrace a test-and-learn approach — launch, measure, iterate, and scale successful initiatives.
• Regularly present marketing performance and strategy updates to executive leadership.
• Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Marketing or Communications.
• 5-10 years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven experience in HR technology, recruiting technology, RPO, staffing, or related markets — you have a solid understanding of the buyer and the industry.
• Demonstrated success in generating pipeline and revenue, rather than just brand impressions.
• Hands-on experience in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, marketing automation, social media, and content creation.
• Experience in managing agencies, freelancers, or small teams and holding them accountable for results.
• Strong proficiency in marketing analytics with the ability to make quick, data-driven decisions.
• Growth-oriented mindset — you thrive on building rather than maintaining.
• Resourceful and adaptable — you achieve results without large budgets or extensive teams.
• Comfortable being both the strategist and the executor of the strategy.
• Highly collaborative with Sales — you view marketing as a revenue-generating function, not merely a support role.
