This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of pipeline generation as the main responsibility of the marketing function, evaluated based on sourced and influenced revenue.
• Develop repeatable demand programs encompassing outbound strategies, content creation, paid experiments, events, webinars, and account-based marketing (ABM) for priority accounts.
• Lead product marketing initiatives across active verticals, including messaging hierarchy, sales enablement materials, competitive intelligence, and pricing communication.
• Manage the Labrynth narrative and category positioning within our active verticals: advanced-nuclear licensing, labor compliance, municipal permitting, and regulatory benchmarking.
• Operate a content engine that continues to grow week over week through founder-led articles, technical content, customer case studies, and original research.
• Develop the growth narrative, covering market sizing, competitive landscape, and traction storytelling in collaboration with the CEO.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in building B2B marketing functions within regulated industries.
• At least 3 years in a senior or leadership position at a seed or Series A startup.
• Experience in establishing a marketing function from the ground up or nearly from scratch, with demonstrable results.
• Direct experience in marketing to regulated buyers across sectors such as energy, nuclear, infrastructure, construction tech, government technology, permitting, compliance, or financial services.
• Proficient in generating earned media outcomes through established relationships with reporters and analysts in at least one of our key areas (govtech, regtech, energy, infrastructure, AI, compliance).
• Advanced proficiency in using tools like Claude, HubSpot, LinkedIn, and modern marketing operations platforms.
