This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Take charge of the comprehensive marketing strategy and its implementation.
• Assist in executing Huble’s global marketing and demand generation strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Commercial Directors and leadership to operationalize marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Oversee the execution of campaigns across various channels, including the website, events, content, partnerships, email, webinars, paid campaigns, and social media.
• Manage campaign schedules, execution standards, and delivery across the marketing team.
• Monitor and report on the pipeline and sales prospects generated by marketing efforts.
• Responsible for the operational management of Huble’s website.
• Handle website updates, positioning, messaging alignment, and continuous enhancements.
• Supervise the upcoming website rebuild project in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure the website meets conversion, demand generation, and commercial positioning goals.
• Regularly evaluate and enhance website conversion performance and user experiences.
• Partner with the Content & Search Manager to boost organic and AI search visibility.
• Manage Huble’s presence within the HubSpot ecosystem and partner directory.
• Coordinate partner campaigns, webinars, content collaborations, and ecosystem engagement efforts.
• Lead the operational management and coordination of both in-person and virtual events for Huble.
• Organize and oversee Huble’s content and campaign calendar.
• Support and guide the Multimedia Designer and Content & Search Manager.
• Ensure alignment between global marketing execution and regional commercial needs.
• Actively manage and utilize HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Content Hub in daily marketing operations.
• Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally in:
• - SaaS
• - Technology
• - CRM
• - Consulting
• - Digital services
• - HubSpot ecosystem environments
• Experience in managing and executing multi-channel marketing activities.
• Proven capability in coordinating campaigns, events, content, website activities, and demand generation initiatives.
• Experience in managing personnel and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Familiarity with platforms such as HubSpot and LinkedIn.
• Extensive hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Content Hub.
• Comfortable executing and overseeing marketing activities directly within HubSpot.
• Understanding of marketing reporting, attribution, workflows, campaign tracking, and CRM alignment.
