This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

šŸ“‹ Description

• You will develop and take ownership of the comprehensive marketing strategy for Hrmony, establishing clear OKRs and actionable steps.

• You will define our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), create the channel strategy, and position Hrmony as a prominent player in the HR-tech and employee benefits sectors.

• You will be responsible for constructing a scalable pipeline engine, ensuring that marketing significantly contributes to pipeline growth, conversions, and overall success.

• You will analyze performance across the entire sales funnel, continually testing new go-to-market strategies—from traditional funnels to product-led initiatives—and transforming successful experiments into scalable playbooks.

• You will closely align marketing efforts with Sales and Product teams to create a seamless customer journey.

• You will actively promote the integration of AI agents and automated workflows across all marketing activities.

• You will empower your team to leverage AI not as a standalone tool, but as part of an integrated approach to their work.

• You will reevaluate marketing processes from the ground up, utilizing AI not just for efficiency improvements.

• You will establish a modern, data-driven go-to-market analysis framework.

• You will lead the marketing team, support their development, and expand the team with necessary skills and roles as required.

• You will manage the marketing budget and ensure the efficient allocation of resources.

• You will collaborate closely with the founding team (CEO, CPTO, CSO, and COO), serve as the marketing representative at the leadership level, and facilitate interdisciplinary cooperation between Marketing, Product, and Sales.


ā›³ļø Requirements

• You must have your registered residence in Germany and spend the majority of the year here.

• You should be able to establish a home office workspace that allows for focused work and conducting calls.

• You should possess at least 3 years of experience in leading a marketing team (including remote teams) and combine decisive decision-making with an empathetic, confident leadership style that fosters team development.

• You must have substantial experience in the B2B SaaS sector and comprehend how marketing functions for complex, consultative products.

• You think about marketing consistently from a business and funnel perspective—not merely in terms of channels or campaigns.

• You have experience with go-to-market strategies, positioning, and product marketing, knowing how to apply these effectively in practice.

• Data analysis and data-driven decision-making come naturally to you.

• You communicate clearly and effectively, both internally and externally, in German and English.

• AI is not just a buzzword for you.

• You have demonstrated experience in building and deploying AI agents and agentic workflows in a marketing context, and you know how to enable a team to integrate AI into their daily operations.

• You will translate AI into scalable processes—not as a one-off experiment, but as a systematic approach with measurable impact.
