This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the narrative. Define and refine Goldsky’s positioning, messaging, and category story as the data platform for financial products utilizing stablecoins. Convert technical infrastructure into language that resonates with product leaders, CTOs, and risk and procurement teams in fintech.
• Develop the marketing organization. Recruit and lead the inaugural marketing team across product marketing, content, growth, design, events, and partner marketing. Act as a force multiplier for early hires rather than merely a manager.
• Execute the go-to-market strategy. Orchestrate launches, campaigns, customer stories, partner engagements, and analyst interactions that contribute to demand generation, category authority, and pipeline growth.
• Generate pipeline. Create a measurable system across paid, owned, organic, partner, and event channels that delivers qualified pipeline for an enterprise-focused GTM strategy targeting fintech and financial institution buyers.
• Shape Goldsky’s public image. Oversee the website, brand identity, design language, and editorial voice. Collaborate with the CEO and founders on talks, podcasts, op-eds, and presence at fintech, stablecoin, and enterprise data events.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success on positioning, content, case studies, ABM, and field marketing for key fintech accounts. Transform every production customer into a relatable story for other fintechs.
• Set measurement and operational cadence. Establish marketing OKRs that align with revenue goals. Develop analytics, attribution, and feedback mechanisms that enhance the visibility of marketing efforts across the company.
• You have led marketing at a high-growth B2B infrastructure, fintech, or developer-tools company, ideally navigating a stage transition. You have taken ownership of both brand and pipeline.
• You possess an understanding of fintech buyers. You can communicate effectively in the realms of payments, money movement, compliance, and reliability, and you know how product, engineering, risk, and procurement teams evaluate infrastructure vendors.
• You are a clear writer and storyteller. You can distill a complex technical product into a compelling narrative that resonates with a product leader at a payments company, an analyst, and a developer reading Hacker News, all in the same week.
• You are operationally disciplined. You create systems, dashboards, and processes that can scale beyond yourself. You care about the funnel, the metrics, and the tangible results of marketing efforts.
• You are an effective hiring manager. You attract senior generalists and high-impact specialists. People are eager to work under your leadership, and you maintain a high standard at every level.
• You act swiftly. You prefer to deliver a polished V1 this month rather than a perfect plan next quarter.
• You are comfortable navigating stablecoins, on-chain finance, and the broader fintech infrastructure landscape, or you’ll quickly become proficient.
