Head of Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the go-to-market strategy for primary target markets (LatAm & Southeast Asia)

• Create and manage the entire acquisition funnel, including paid media, affiliates, organic strategies, and influencers

• Establish KPIs, oversee budgets, and provide performance reports directly to the CEO

• Recognize and prioritize new market opportunities as we expand

• Lead the current marketing team member focused on Paid Media & Performance

• Administer and assess external agencies, affiliate networks, and media partners

• Manage the vendor roadmap: identify gaps, assess new partners, and negotiate contracts

• Supervise paid media efforts across Meta, programmatic channels, and emerging markets relevant to our business

• Ensure accurate attribution and that spending decisions are based on actual performance data

• Drive the growth of the affiliate program: manage commission structures, partner recruitment, and compliance

• Direct the retention strategy, including lifecycle campaigns, welcome flows, reactivation efforts, and VIP initiatives

• Collaborate with internal tools (e.g., Klaviyo or similar) to ensure CRM integrations effectively support the player base

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years in iGaming or online gambling

• Demonstrated success in international markets, especially in LatAm and/or Southeast Asia

• Practical experience in grey-market or lightly regulated environments

• Strong understanding of crypto-first products and crypto-native audiences

• Experience managing performance marketing budgets exceeding $100K monthly

• Proficient in executing paid acquisition strategies across Meta, programmatic DSPs, and affiliate channels

• Possess a strong analytical mindset, making decisions based on data rather than instinct alone

• Comfortable working within a small team, balancing both strategic and executional tasks within the same week
