This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of the demand generation strategy and its implementation, focusing on generating a qualified pipeline from enterprise accounts.
• Develop and expand integrated campaigns that span digital, ABM, events, email, partner, and content channels.
• Oversee product marketing efforts, encompassing positioning, messaging, product launches, competitive intelligence, and sales support.
• Maintain consistency in brand and messaging across the website and all customer interaction points.
• Enhance SEO and next-generation visibility, including optimization for LLMs and AI-driven search, to boost organic discovery and share of voice.
• Strengthen brand visibility on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and various social media platforms through bold and innovative storytelling.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure alignment on pipeline objectives, ideal customer profiles, and go-to-market strategies.
• Build, mentor, and refine a streamlined, high-impact marketing team that utilizes AI and automation for greater effectiveness.
• Manage marketing analytics, focusing on pipeline contribution, customer acquisition cost, funnel conversion rates, campaign ROI, and brand metrics.
• 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 3 years in leadership roles within marketing teams, preferably targeting enterprise accounts.
• A proven history of generating enterprise pipeline and achieving measurable revenue growth.
• Strong capabilities in product marketing: adept at refining messaging, crafting clear copy, and converting technical value into compelling narratives for buyers.
• Comprehensive expertise in SEO and emerging knowledge of LLM/AI search optimization (GEO, AEO).
• A creative operator who can quickly launch campaigns, test effectively, and scale successful initiatives.
• Proficiency in modern marketing technology, AI tools, and marketing automation; skilled at establishing efficient systems that maximize productivity with minimal resources.
• An exceptional communicator and cross-functional leader who naturally collaborates with Sales and Product teams.
• Comfortable operating within a global, distributed environment across various time zones.
• Lead marketing efforts for a rapidly growing enterprise SaaS company with a strong product-market fit.
• Influence the brand, messaging, and go-to-market strategy from a strategic level.
