This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Strategize, initiate, and enhance multi-channel inbound programs that integrate SEO/GEO, social media, email, content syndication, community engagement, and performance marketing to generate and seize demand.
• Develop channel-specific roadmaps and action plans focused on how to reach, engage, educate, acquire, and retain key Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and growth audience segments.
• Establish repeatable content systems that attract consumer attention and drive performance at scale, utilizing established psychological hooks, storytelling, and diverse multimedia formats.
• Utilize AI agents and automation tools to improve growth marketing efficacy and efficiency by creating dependable growth systems that amplify business results while minimizing repetitive or administrative tasks.
• Establish founder-led marketing as a primary channel to engage our founders and executives through LinkedIn, podcasts, speaking engagements, and earned media.
• Collaborate with Product and Partnership teams to convert new features, partner launches, and co-marketing initiatives into captivating go-to-market campaigns.
• Over 8 years of experience in B2B/SaaS demand generation, inbound, or growth marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve measurable revenue growth through integrated campaigns.
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities with a proven track record of managing teams, cross-functional contributors, and external partners.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to merge creative storytelling with analytical accuracy.
• Proficient in marketing automation and analytics tools such as HubSpot, GA4, and Tag Manager.
• Familiarity with Website CMS and a solid understanding of CSS/HTML is highly preferred.
• Experience with AI tools, agents, and workflow automation systems (e.g., Claude Cowork, Claude Code, Zaper, n8n, etc.) is strongly preferred.
