• Strategize, initiate, and enhance multi-channel inbound programs that integrate SEO/GEO, social media, email marketing, content syndication, community engagement, and performance marketing to generate and capture demand.
• Develop channel-specific roadmaps and action plans to effectively reach, engage, educate, acquire, and retain core Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and growth audience segments.
• Establish repeatable content systems that attract consumer attention and drive performance at scale, utilizing proven psychological triggers, storytelling techniques, and various multimedia formats.
• Utilize AI agents and automation tools to boost growth marketing efficiency and effectiveness, by constructing dependable growth systems that amplify business outcomes while minimizing repetitive or administrative tasks.
• Cultivate founder-led marketing as a key channel to activate our founders and executives through LinkedIn, podcasts, public speaking, and earned media opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product and Partnership teams to convert new features, partner launches, and co-marketing initiatives into compelling go-to-market campaigns.
• Over 8 years of experience in B2B/SaaS demand generation, inbound, or growth marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve measurable revenue growth through integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities, with experience managing teams, cross-functional contributors, and external partners.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to blend creative storytelling with analytical accuracy.
• Proficient in marketing automation and analytics tools (such as HubSpot, GA4, and Tag Manager).
• Familiarity with Website CMS and a general understanding of CSS/HTML is highly preferred.
• Experience with AI tools, agents, and workflow automation systems (like Claude Cowork, Claude Code, Zaper, n8n, etc.) is strongly preferred.
• Data-driven and growth-focused—comfortable with testing, learning, and rapid scaling.
