This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop and spearhead Dexerto’s B2B marketing and industry positioning strategy.
• Identify opportunities to enhance Dexerto’s visibility across the advertising, media, gaming, entertainment, and creator economy sectors.
• Define how Dexerto articulates its value proposition, market position, capabilities, and authority to external audiences.
• Help craft the strategic narrative surrounding Dexerto’s growth, audience, innovation, and commercial strengths.
• Ensure uniformity in how Dexerto conveys its brand across sales materials, public relations, events, partnerships, thought leadership, and industry communications.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to pinpoint opportunities for bolstering the company’s global visibility and reputation.
• Build and maintain relationships with relevant industry press, media outlets, PR contacts, event organizers, and trade publications.
• Drive strategic PR initiatives that heighten awareness of Dexerto within the advertising, media, gaming, entertainment, and creator industries.
• Assist senior leadership in elevating Dexerto’s external profile through coordinated thought leadership and strategic positioning.
• Identify opportunities for industry partnerships, market-oriented campaigns, and strategic brand enhancement.
• Lead Dexerto’s strategy for industry awards across commercial, editorial, video, social, and branded content categories.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Creative Strategy, Sales, Editorial, and Leadership teams to uncover strong award opportunities and develop compelling submissions.
• Partner with Business Development and Sales teams to align marketing initiatives with commercial growth objectives.
• Create market-facing campaigns, reports, and strategic content that stimulate inbound interest and foster commercial discussions.
• Enhance how Dexerto positions itself against competitors in agency and brand dialogues.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, brand marketing, agency marketing, media marketing, or strategic communications.
• Experience in marketing for an agency, publisher, media organization, entertainment company, or public-facing brand.
• Strong comprehension of the advertising, media, gaming, entertainment, and creator economy landscapes.
• Experience in supporting lead generation, business development, or marketing functions driven by commercial objectives.
• Proven track record in developing strategic marketing campaigns and market positioning initiatives.
• Significant experience producing industry-focused reports, whitepapers, insights pieces, or thought leadership content.
• Ability to analyze audience and campaign data and translate it into compelling commercial narratives.
• Existing relationships or experience collaborating with industry media, PR contacts, trade publications, or event organizers.
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication abilities.
• Experience in supporting award submissions, PR campaigns, or initiatives aimed at gaining industry recognition.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of how marketing contributes to revenue growth.
• Capability to operate strategically while also driving execution and delivery.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
• High attention to detail combined with strong creative and strategic thinking.
• A passion for gaming, entertainment, digital culture, or creator-led media is highly desirable.
