This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Work closely with sales and business development teams to identify target audience profiles and enhance the sales funnel.
• Design and execute B2B lead-generation initiatives utilizing email marketing, webinars, trade shows, and tailored marketing strategies.
• Create persuasive marketing materials to aid in lead acquisition and guide prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Formulate and implement all-encompassing brand strategies that align with business goals and target audience research.
• Establish brand positioning, messaging, and unique selling propositions.
• Develop engaging product narratives and synchronize marketing activities with product features and benefits.
• Plan and carry out strategic public relations initiatives.
• Monitor media coverage and stay updated on industry trends.
• Manage press releases, media interviews, and speaking opportunities.
• Design and oversee a content strategy across websites, blogs, social media platforms, and email newsletters.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and studies on consumer behavior.
• Utilize data-driven insights to enhance marketing efforts and assess brand performance.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, tools, and best practices.
• Ensure marketing activities adhere to regulations, industry standards, and ethical guidelines.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a master's degree is preferred.
• 8–10 years of proven success in brand management or marketing, particularly within SaaS sales and startup settings.
• Strong capability to analyze data and trends, transforming insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in managing multiple projects, setting priorities, and adhering to deadlines.
• Experience with email marketing, SEO, PPC, CRO, project management, and content creation/design tools.
• Demonstrated ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
• Background in developing tailored marketing campaigns, managing trade shows, organizing webinars, and writing press releases.
