This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the marketing engine's performance encompassing traffic, funnels, nurturing, conversion, content, and pipeline contributions.
• Develop and optimize conversion funnels, which include VSL-to-booking funnels, webinar funnels, lead generation funnels, nurture sequences, and customer journeys utilizing HubSpot.
• Personally create and enhance landing pages, email campaigns, segmentation, forms, workflows, campaign tracking, and reporting dashboards within HubSpot.
• Detect leaks throughout the funnel, prioritize the most significant opportunities, and drive quantifiable enhancements in lead quality, nurture-to-booking, show-up rates, and conversion rates.
• Oversee multi-channel campaign execution across email, LinkedIn, YouTube, partnerships, affiliates, book marketing, and relevant paid channels.
• Collaborate weekly with Allan Dib on personal branding and content priorities, translating those concepts into clear campaigns and execution plans.
• Maintain the quality standard across landing pages, emails, funnels, website assets, campaigns, and content to ensure only strong work is delivered.
• Manage website strategy and quality, focusing on landing page structure, UI/UX, messaging flow, user journey, and conversion performance.
• Lead the marketing team in areas of copy, content, and systems support by setting priorities, creating accountability, and ensuring all components are aligned.
• Work closely with Sales to enhance lead quality, funnel conversion, sales enablement, and revenue performance.
• Over 10 years of consistent revenue accountability.
• Experience as Head of Marketing / VP Marketing in a company with $5M+ in revenue, overseeing the entire function and team.
• Proficiency in Direct-Response Marketing.
• Familiarity with Information Marketing / Education Market.
• Power User of HubSpot.
• Skilled Funnel Builder.
• Strong taste and conversion judgment.
• Data-driven operator.
• Messaging strategist and meticulous editor.
• Ownership of campaigns.
• Experience in project and sprint management.
• Leadership presence.
• Fluency in founder-level insights.
