This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the strategy and implementation for every new market, ensuring that each achieves 250 active units within six months while upholding high-quality standards.
• Develop and continually enhance repeatable systems, processes, and launch playbooks.
• Establish national and local partnerships with brokers, lenders, contractors, property managers, photographers, and other vendors.
• Create referral systems that motivate members, hosts, and vendors to drive organic growth.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Member Experience, and Host Experience teams to enhance occupancy, NPS, move-in quality, and host success.
• Utilize data to assess launch performance, pinpoint growth opportunities, lower customer acquisition costs, and optimize markets.
• Recruit, mentor, and nurture Market Account Executives and ecosystem leaders.
• Coordinate multiple departments to ensure successful launches.
• Conduct structured experiments, analyze results, and continuously enhance market entry and scaling processes.
• Take full ownership of the strategy and execution for transitioning markets from launch to scale.
• Over 10 years of experience leading marketplace, growth, partnerships, or operations teams.
• Significant responsibility for a business, market, or P&L.
• Proven track record of launching or scaling new markets for a marketplace, franchise, or multi-location business.
• Experience in building vendor, channel, or partner ecosystems that deliver measurable business value.
• Demonstrated success in enhancing customer experience, retention, referrals, or other organic growth drivers.
• Capability to design scalable operating models.
• Comfortable making decisions based on CAC, LTV, occupancy, funnel conversion, referrals, and NPS metrics.
• Experience in building, leading, and developing high-performing distributed teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to align executives and cross-functional partners around ambitious growth initiatives.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of the E-Verify process and necessary I-9 documentation.
