Head of Local Office Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of local office transformation initiatives from the completion of the site to operational handover, requiring extensive travel throughout the UK with regular overnight stays.

• Create and manage intricate project plans, timelines, budgets, and governance across several simultaneous programmes.

• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful and timely project delivery.

• Supervise contractors, suppliers, and external partners to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the defined quality standards.

• Monitor capital expenditures, project cost forecasts, and identify opportunities to enhance commercial performance without sacrificing quality.

• Ensure that each location adheres to brand standards, meets operational requirements, and provides an exceptional experience for colleagues, homeowners, and guests.

• Spearhead project risk management by proactively addressing issues and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout each project.

• Organize readiness activities for openings, including technology, facilities, operational setup, and launch planning.

• Document lessons learned and continually refine transformation processes to facilitate future growth.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated project management proficiency, encompassing planning, governance, risk management, and the delivery of multiple projects.

• Exceptional financial management abilities with experience in overseeing capital budgets, forecasting, and conducting commercial negotiations.

• Proven experience in managing contractors, suppliers, and third-party partners to meet established quality, safety, and delivery standards.

• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilities, with confidence in collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to handle competing priorities.

• Superior communication skills and a collaborative, solution-oriented approach.

• Additional consideration if you have experience in hospitality, retail, property, or facilities management, hold a relevant project management certification, or have a background in the travel and tourism sector.
