This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Accountable for setting the strategic direction of educational development within the Funded Further Education business unit.
• Create and continually enhance the education strategy for the Funded Further Education business unit.
• Establish strategic guidelines for programs, formats, learning architectures, and target audiences.
• Engage in projects and occasionally lead key strategic and transformational initiatives.
• Evaluate and analyze technological, pedagogical, and societal trends.
• Coordinate and facilitate strategic initiatives that span multiple departments.
• Collaborate closely with central departments and specialized teams.
• Develop and sustain relevant networks and partnerships.
• Promote a unified strategic understanding throughout the organization.
• Several years of experience in strategic leadership, preferably in education, learning, innovation, or technology sectors.
• Strong strategic acumen with a demonstrated ability to implement plans effectively.
• High interest in AI, learning technologies, and innovative educational formats.
• Capability to organize complexity and offer clear guidance.
• Strong principles: education thrives only when individuals participate wholeheartedly.
• Experience in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
• Enthusiasm for working collaboratively to shape the future.
