Head of Learning Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and assess enterprise learning opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, client engagement, and insights from Andela’s Talent Network.

• Create learning solution concepts aimed at addressing reskilling needs in the domains of AI/ML, Cloud, Data, and Software Engineering, with a primary emphasis on AI.

• Develop business cases encompassing market sizing, competitive positioning, pricing strategies, and revenue forecasts.

• Lead proof-of-concept initiatives that demonstrate measurable outcomes for learners and return on investment for clients.

• Establish curriculum architecture, assessment frameworks, and certification pathways for enterprise learning initiatives.

• Guide decisions regarding modality, platform choices, and technology integration.

• Conduct design workshops, steering committee meetings, and outcome reviews with client stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in enterprise learning, workforce transformation, or technical education; at least 3 years in a solution design or product leadership role.

• Knowledge of large-scale enterprise reskilling (50–500+ learners per cohort).

• Practical experience in packaging and promoting certification-driven programs in AI/ML, Cloud, Data, or Software Engineering.

• Demonstrated capability to develop financial models, business cases, and commercialization strategies.

• Strong stakeholder management skills — adept at engaging with CHROs, CTOs, Business Unit Heads, and Heads of Learning & Development.
