Head of Investor Relations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Develop engaging narratives and presentations to convey the significance of the BERA token within the Berachain ecosystem and the wider cryptocurrency market.

• Take ownership of creating investor materials, including pitch decks, token reports, ecosystem updates, and FAQs.

• Ensure clear, consistent, and compliant messaging is delivered to institutional investors across all platforms.

• Spearhead global investor roadshows, virtual briefings, and one-on-one meetings to inform and onboard both crypto-native and traditional investors.

• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with a diverse range of capital allocators, including venture capitalists, hedge funds, family offices, and asset managers.

• Collaborate with the Business Development and Partnerships teams to synchronize capital introductions with ecosystem expansion.

• Keep track of market sentiment, token performance, regulatory developments, and the positioning of peer Layer 1 projects.

• Offer insights to the executive team to assist in refining messaging, token economics, and go-to-market strategies.

• Work closely with Legal, Marketing, Ecosystem, and Product teams to ensure consistent and compliant communication.

• Contribute to internal strategy with feedback from investors and insights from capital markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Capital Markets, or Fundraising, including a minimum of 2+ years focused on cryptocurrency, fintech, or alternative assets.

• A background in one or more of the following areas: Leading Investor Relations at a Layer 1 blockchain project, an Investor or IR role at a crypto-focused VC or hedge fund, buy-side experience at a traditional asset manager (e.g., BlackRock, Fidelity, etc.), or alternative asset fundraising or capital formation experience.
