This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for overseeing the daily operations of the designated TM Product Line and Product Management team while implementing product development and marketing strategies, including market direction, target customers, pricing, and cost plans.

• Tracks marketing objectives against current goals and supervises risk management and monitoring, ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Assesses and sustains existing products to guarantee the bank's competitiveness and identifies prospects for new products within the designated TM Product Line.

• Designs and executes new products and significant enhancements to current products in collaboration with both internal and external partners.

• Directs and drives build-vs-buy decisions during the product development process, exploring the landscape for potential Fintech partners at various stages of maturity.

• Regularly utilizes data systematically to uncover opportunities, monitor product performance, and inform decision-making.

• Ensures that databases are established and kept current with accurate information.

• Develops and delivers product training sessions for sales and product staff, operational partners, and relevant customer support partners.

• May serve as a liaison across the organization for product expertise and the implementation of new banking relationships for the respective product line.

• Engages in promotional conferences, tradeshows, expos, and other relevant forums.

• Responsible for formulating annual financial plans for the assigned TM product line (revenue, volume, and expense data) and guarantees that the assigned TM Product Line team comprehends the revenue and cost drivers for their products through the application of accounting principles, including cost management techniques.

• Oversees the annual performance management and merit processes for both direct and indirect reports.

• Mentors and develops team members while fostering a work environment where employees are engaged and derive a positive sense of achievement from their roles within the company.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent educational experience can be considered.

• A minimum of ten years of experience in commercial payment treasury management product management, commercial banking operations, or similar lines of business.

• Strong quantitative skills to support data-driven decision-making.

• High intellectual capacity, methodical and insightful problem solver with a proactive attitude and proven results.

• Analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail when reviewing data.

• Excellent project management capabilities.

• Strong background in generating revenue through treasury sales.

• Capability to operate within a matrixed environment.

• Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

• Collaborative team player with the ability to navigate and influence the organization.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and prior management experience.

• Public speaking proficiency and the ability to address large groups effectively.

• Superior presentation skills with the capacity to articulate complex issues, both verbally and in writing.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office software products.

• Certified Treasury Professional or other relevant certifications.
