This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +4 more states.
• Design the comprehensive international HR and recruitment framework, including organizational design, role specifications, workflows, reporting structures, and documentation standards across various jurisdictions.
• Develop the complete recruitment process, encompassing sourcing strategies, selection of channels and job boards for each market, screening methodologies, interview procedures, and management of offers.
• Choose, implement, and oversee the essential HR technology stack, specifically the HRIS and ATS.
• Establish structured onboarding and offboarding training programs along with process documentation utilizing tools such as Trainual, SweetProcess, or similar platforms.
• Define, implement, and uphold a well-defined KPI framework, ensuring the team is fully accountable to ambitious, measurable objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and expand a distributed team across multiple countries and time zones.
• Monitor and drive critical metrics including time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, pipeline conversion, and cost-per-hire.
• Minimum of 5 years of international recruiting experience in the EU or USA.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a team.
• Practical experience in managing an HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
• Practical experience in managing an ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Proven experience in developing training programs for onboarding and offboarding, using tools such as Trainual, SweetProcess, or similar.
• Experience in creating and managing KPIs for an HR or recruitment team.
• Strong, results-oriented mindset with full ownership and accountability for outcomes.
• Proficiency in English at C1 level or higher (both written and spoken).
• Established experience in building or scaling an HR/recruitment function from the ground up, rather than merely managing an existing system.
• Competitive salary ranging from USD 3,500 to 5,000 per month, plus performance-based bonuses, depending on experience.
• A senior leadership position with complete ownership of developing the international HR function for a multi-country group of over 50 personnel.
