Head of Intelligence Products

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee the strategic direction, architecture, and operational framework for enterprise intelligence products.

• Propel the advancement of a contemporary enterprise data platform that supports AI, analytics, and commercial data offerings.

• Create scalable data architectures, semantic models, and capabilities for knowledge graphs.

• Establish the enterprise ontology, metadata, governance, and interoperability standards.

• Spearhead the creation of AI-ready data services, APIs, and platforms intended for developers.

• Define the architecture that accommodates structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data at scale.

• Collaborate with Engineering, AI, Product, and Commercial teams to convert data assets into reusable intelligence products.

• Set standards for data quality, lineage, provenance, security, and lifecycle management.

• Specify commercialization requirements for enterprise data products, including APIs, licensing models, access control, SLAs, and observability.

• Assess and suggest technologies for cloud data platforms, graph databases, vector stores, orchestration, and AI infrastructure.

• Guide architectural decisions that facilitate AI-native applications, LLM integrations, and semantic search functionalities.

• Build and mentor a high-performing team of data architects, engineers, and platform specialists.

• Serve as a strategic technical advisor for executive stakeholders and drive the long-term vision for the data platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Platform Engineering, or similar leadership positions.

• Demonstrated success in building and scaling modern cloud-based data platforms within enterprise settings.

• Strong proficiency in Snowflake, lakehouse architectures, graph databases, vector databases, and modern data platforms.

• Thorough understanding of knowledge graphs, ontology design, semantic modeling, metadata management, and enterprise data architecture.

• Experience in constructing AI-ready data platforms that support LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector search, and AI applications.

• Proven track record in designing enterprise APIs, developer platforms, and data products for external clients.

• Comprehensive knowledge of data governance, lineage, privacy, security, and enterprise access control.

• Experience in defining enterprise data strategy and guiding architectural decisions.

• Practical experience with modern ETL/ELT pipelines, orchestration frameworks, and production data services.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in Product, Engineering, AI, and Commercial sectors.

• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication abilities.

• Proven experience in building and leading high-performing technical teams.

• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.
