Head of HFT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Oversee the design, development, and enhancement of high-frequency trading strategies.

• Assemble and lead a high-performing team in HFT, comprising quants and engineers.

• Collaborate with management to ensure trading strategies align with broader business objectives.

• Analyze and respond to extensive data sets in real-time to uncover profitable opportunities.

• Maintain and consistently enhance latency-sensitive infrastructure.

• Implement strong risk management protocols and ensure adherence to applicable regulations.

• Foster innovation and research in algorithmic trading within the Web3 and cryptocurrency sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in high-frequency or algorithmic trading.

• Demonstrated success working with leading trading firms, proprietary trading desks, or hedge funds.

• Experience in leading or contributing to successful high-frequency trading strategies and systems.

• Profound knowledge of low-latency systems, high-throughput data processing, and network optimization.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
