📋 Description

• Oversee all hardware operations

• Supervise hardware engineering and design activities

• Manage the warehouse and assembly teams

• Lead and enhance roles within hardware operations

• Deliver outstanding leadership to a developing expert team

• Establish product development stage-gate procedures

• Work in conjunction with compliance teams to ensure quality assurance standards

• Organize and scale production and logistics processes

• 10+ years of experience in hardware positions

• 5+ years in leadership roles within hardware, focusing on hardware operations

• Proven experience in scale-up environments and creating systems from the ground up

• Strong strategic thinking capabilities
