This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop the commercial strategy for the US market utilizing local market insights and oversee implementation on the ground.
• Lead local B2C initiatives across various channels including paid media, PR, KOLs/influencers, affiliates, newsletters, social media, and Amazon.
• Take ownership of the complete customer experience for US clients.
• Collaborate with Product, App, Website, Operations, and Customer Support teams to identify and eliminate obstacles.
• Enhance conversion rates, retention, and customer satisfaction, specifically regarding Hilo Core's presentation to US customers.
• Manage a significant budget for the US market and be responsible for its commercial outcomes.
• Act as Hilo's brand representative in the US during industry gatherings, press engagements, and partner discussions.
• Assist B2B initiatives and partnerships with clinics, hypertension specialists, and payer/employer collaborators.
• Establish Hilo as the foremost voice in the US blood pressure dialogue.
• Expand the US market to represent a substantial share of global sales.
• Provide insights specific to the US for pricing, messaging, and channel strategies.
• Propel B2B progress as a local leader while Hilo Professional manages the pipeline.
• Identify and address friction points across product, web, and support systems.
• Work collaboratively across teams to align local execution with the global team across different time zones.
• Proven experience in driving business growth with significant budget responsibilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, ambitious, and a proactive self-starter.
• Background from a prestigious company or team is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in launching a product and scaling it during periods of high growth.
• Experience covering awareness, distribution, pricing, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and retention in both marketing and sales.
• Strong commercial acumen; capable of developing a strategic playbook rather than merely adhering to one.
• A robust execution-focused mentality.
• Proficient in data-driven decision-making with accountability for outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills suited for executive-level interactions.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, present convincingly, and represent the business in high-stakes situations.
• Established connections with key players in the US healthcare, medtech, or wellness sectors are advantageous.
• Based in the US, preferably on the East Coast.
• Must possess authorization to work in the United States.
• Requires a minimum of half-day working hours overlap with the European-based team (CET).
• Willingness to travel regularly for events, KOL meetings, and partner discussions.
• Travel to team and business events quarterly or as necessary.
